  2. Your Microsoft 365 Global Admin clicks an official Microsoft consent link granting four read-only permissions.
  3. We pull your licence + usage data, generate the report, and show you the savings.
  4. We purge all data from our systems. You remove the app from your tenant in 30 seconds via Azure Portal.
Read-only by design. We request Organization.Read.All, Directory.Read.All, AuditLog.Read.All, Reports.Read.All — and nothing else. We cannot read mailbox contents, files, or messages. We do not change any setting in your tenant.
